Female Coach Initiative

The first twenty female coaches to sign up will receive discounted access to the BFCN jobs board and member benefits.

England are European champions. The WSL is setting new attendance records each week. TV viewing figures are growing and growing. Women's football is on the rise. Yet one area we're still struggling is coaches. We don't pretend to know why, we just want to help. Coaching is a fantastic career. It can allow you to travel the world, learn new skills, meet new people, and to stay in the beautiful game when your playing days are over.

More girls are playing football now in the UK than ever before, yet women's football is still dominated by male coaches at all levels, whether it's head coaches or support staff. We want to encourage more women into coaching, or more women on the coaching ladder to perhaps take that next step. We want to do our part to help remove those barriers.

That's why we're offering a monthly subscription to BFCN for just £2. The first twenty female coaches to register can enjoy this discount. You can view how to register here on our plans and pricing page. We have been making upgrades to our site recently, to make it easier to dip in and out of membership. Members can pay with their card or via PayPal. Typical BFCN monthly subscriptions are £4.42, so you can see how heavily we've discounted this. Register quick to take advantage of this offer!

Need more convincing? This is a sample of the kind of jobs we get here on a regular basis.

These are all kinds of coaching roles, both at home and abroad. There are jobs at all levels, from grassroots to academy, amateur to pro. There's every kind of coaching role in there, such as technical director, academy coach, senior coach, youth coach, performance analyst, technical director, PE teacher, goalkeeper coach, fitness coach, psychologist, private coach, futsal coach, disability coach, and many more. So whether you're just starting out on your coaching journey, or you're an experienced coach looking for that next step, you'll find something at BFCN.

We're trying to do our part to help grow women's football. Last year we sponsored the creation of the Southampton Aztecs, a futsal club that now has two women's teams competing in the first and second division nationally.

For two years running, we have sponsored Molly Clark, the world's best beach soccer player.

And we've been long time supporters of Girls United, who are currently looking for coaches in London and in Mexico.

We're also looking for more female voices, whether it's in podcast interviews such as this one with Pompey legend Gemma Hillier...

...or via articles, such as this one, about Vicky Yarnold, coaching at Villarreal at the age of twenty-two...

So if you want to get involved and see where your coaching journey can take you, register here to take advantage of the female coach initiative. It's just £2 per month to get access to the jobs board and member benefits. And you get to keep that membership price for as long as you're a BFCN member. If you're still with us in ten years, you'll still be paying £2 per month to view excellent football coaching opportunities from all around the world. Remember that this is only available to the first twenty coaches to register, so hurry!
