Philip has previous experience coaching overseas, with the U.S.A, Greece, Portugal and Spain being some of the included countries. His U.K experience also includes roles at Yeovil Utd (formerly known as Yeovil Town), where he took the Women's 1st Team on an unbeaten 6 match run whilst interim manager.
Over the last year and a half Philip was able to get valuable experience at Yeovil united, starting as a u16s coach and very quickly becoming 1st team intern manager. After the appointment of the manager he was kept on as Head Coach and still coached within the Women's programme, to oversee the promotion of youth players to the 1st Team squad.
